Through reflective exercises, group conversation, journaling, and hands-on art and clay activities, you explore what is outside your control, what still belongs to you, and the small but meaningful actions that restore a sense of agency.Rooted in neuroscience, narrative approaches, and solution-focused practices, every part of the session is designed to move you from overwhelm toward something more solid.You leave with clarity, a concrete action to carry forward, and the kind of calm that comes from having actually processed something, alongside people who showed up for the same reason.This space is for everyone!
