Inclusions

Fixed departure and return transfers between New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport and Pangolakha. Arrival pickup window: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM on Day 1. Return (Depart from Padamchen): 8:00 AM on the final day.

All meals during the expedition (fixed home-cooked menu), from lunch on Day 1 to breakfast on the final day.

Accommodation in carefully selected locally run homestays on a twin/triple-sharing basis.

Services of an experienced naturalist and birding guide throughout the expedition.

Exclusions

Travel to and from NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport.

Forest entry fees & Camera fees, if levied by the Forest Department or local authorities.

Personal snacks, beverages, bottled drinks, and items of a personal nature.

Expenses arising from landslides, road closures, adverse weather, political disturbances, vehicle breakdowns, or any other circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
