Each attendee (adult or child of any age) needs to have an individual ticket; one ticket CANNOT be booked for 2 people (e.g. a mother and child). For any questions about our children’s policy or ticketing feel free to reach out to us.4.For events like social mixers, painting sessions, and similar formats unlike of competitive games we do not need to wait for or maintain a minimum number of participants. Even if there is only one participant, the event should continue as scheduled. The event duration remains the same as mentioned in the event details, irrespective of the number of participants.Note for registrations via Allevents: After registration the tickets that are sent by Allevents to the participants mention the event timings for the two days i.e. the starting time of the first Saturday weekend event and the ending time of the last Sunday event. We request the participants to check the date and time of their respective events as mentioned in the posters & event descriptions to avoid the confusion. For example if there is 1 event happening on Saturday and 1 on Sunday - Please make sure to check the date & time for each of them carefully from the published posters and descriptions.
